Deeplas stockist Specialist Building Supplies Ltd has secured an ongoing supply contract with one of the North Norfolk housing association’s nominated contractors.
Composite Doors Plus Ltd decided to source from Specialist Building Supplies Ltd because of the quality of Deeplas products, along with the Norwich-based stockist’s reputation for excellent customer service.
This is a major new ongoing order for Specialist Building Supplies Ltd and was secured following a presentation by Deeplas on its behalf to the installer.
Composite Doors Plus will now use Deeplas soffits, fascia and other roofline products for refurbishment work that it carries out on the housing authority owned properties across Norfolk.
Replacing roofline on the properties is being undertaken by Composite Doors Plus as part of an initial two year contract.

Composite Doors Plus were impressed with the quality of the Deeplas products and found that the increased density of the board helped during fitting. At 16-18mm thick, Deeplas fascias are robust and dense, which means that they create sharp 90° angles at every edge of the roofline. They are strong and safe enough to be fixed directly onto roof rafters, saving time and material on site for installers.
The denser extrusions also create a straight-edged roofline that retains its shape for the long term, all of which makes them an excellent solution for the full replacement of existing fascia boards on the Norfolk properties.
